Vegas Trip

JT, Brooke and I went to Vegas to visit Rick, Janae, Wyatt, Clint, Natalie and Lucas. It seemed like forever since we had a few days to visit. We are so grateful for such wonderful friends. Our kids were all great together and I love having pictures of them growing up together. I think this is the only picture I have of us girls. I will be more diligent about taking pictures to document our existence as well. Janae, Natalie and me.

We went to the Shark Reef (thank you Wyatt for getting us in) and the kids loved it. All of our kids were so brave touching the stingrays below.

Dads had to wait their turn to play rockband. Wyatt and Lucas were much more animated then Brooke.

Christmas and Disneyland

It seems ages since I last blogged (surprise, I know) so I am doing a few to update. This blog includes Christmas at the Steeles and our latest trip to Disneyland. Brooke got to see her cousins and learn what is would be like to have siblings. I am not convinced she is ready for that kind of commitment yet:) She loved her cousin Jackson who played hide and go seek with her.

She still walks around saying "I love Dennis". she started saying "I love you" on Christmas eve and ever since tells everyone. We ask her to say "I love Mommy" and she says "I love Dennis"

We mostly took video at the Steeles so I am hoping for others pictures.

We recently went to Disneyland with Matt and Jamie, as well as Justin Haley and their parents. It has been a long time since we had seen them. Brooke and Mason (Justins kid) really played well together.

Brooke also got a new princess dress. She is so into all things princess and really wanted Snow whites dress.

Christmas and the Vegas Bowl

Continuing with the update: Brooke got a princess nightgown for her Christmas pajamas and decided to model it and pose for us.

Brooke loved Christmas eve spent with all of my cousins and their kids. She and Sydney were opening presents.

Brooke and Sydney were so cute together. They took a bath together and I took a million pictures because they were so adorable.

We went to the Vegas Bowl and had a blast. We love seeing Dallas play and a chance for us all to get together. Dallas is now in a training camp here in LA so we hope to see a bit more of him.

Disneyland

End of the update: This was our last trip before Christmas. JT has loved taking Brooke to Disneyland lately. The picture below is my favorite. We were taking pictures and Brooke heard music so she looked over some trees and saw the Princess parade coming. This was her expression! I love it.

Disneyland and other adventures

We watched the parade and while I did not get any great pictures it was necessary to post her enthusiasm at seeing the princesses. She was waving here and nearly fell off JT's shoulders in excitement.

We have spent 2 1/2 weeks with JT's family and I only have a few pictures to show for it. We had a blast but Brooke was left with "fun-stroke". This was our first day back home and she was lacking attention. Note: the fuzzy slippers were complements of Grandma Leesa who lavished Brooke with all things princess.

Halloween

These are not the best pictures but she was blinded by the flash in every other one. I wish I would have taken some pics at our other trunk or treat but we only did video. Anyway, Brooke was an adorable bumble bee (complements of Grandma Leesa). Brooke wears her headband almost everyday:) I wore my La Serna cheerleading uniform and JT made fun of me. There are no pictures of me because I am clearly not picture worthy since JT and Brooke are the only ones on the camera:)

Brooke loved going car to car to get candy and would scream if you tried to help her with her bag.
