Home and Disney

Two funny pics taken at home.

A couple more Disneyland pics. She was so enthralled with Minnie's house even other parents were watching. When she saw the character Minnie mouse she was so excited and would not leave her alone. I did not get a good picture but Minnie Mouse even bent down because Brooke was insistent that she look at her princess shoes. I was so sad I didn't have her in her Minnie dress:(

Disneyland

Now that we have Disneyland passes again I thought I would show pics from our most recent trips. Brooke has so much more fun then she use to. It is amazing how much she LOVES everything. It is hard to get her to stop dancing since there is music everywhere and downtown disney was a riot! She was partying with the other little kids like it was 1999!

Brookes new slide

Our neighbors gave us their slide and Brooke loves it! She goes underneath and talks to her self. She pretends drive with the steering wheel and overall has a great time. I can not help but share these pictures with everyone else. Not only is she sweet and blows kisses to anyone in sight, but she is GORGEOUS (in my humble unbiased opinion)!

Beach

Our trip to the beach. It took JT and my Dad forever to get Brooke to walk in the sand. She truly hates it but she loves the water and would have gone all the way in if I was not the crazy mom who said it was to cold.

My parents have taken Brooke to Disneyland a couple of times without me. The come back full of stories about her excitement there. She loves the parade but hates Alice in wonderland. She throws huge fits when they leave and they think it is so funny to hear her cry for more.

Brooke is VERY into little mermaid and all things princess. She has multiple princess outfits and puts on pieced throughout the day. This is her mermaid top.
My Mom says Brooke looks just like JT here. I cant tell, what do you think?

Return Missionary

Dennis returned from his mission in Argentina. We had so much fun hearing his stories and getting together as a family. All of the kids were thrilled to be together at grandmas house. Jennie and I had fun taking pictures of Brooke and Isabella together.
Jackson and Me.
He was very good at keeping tabs on Brooke for me.
Brooke in her new shirt from Grandma. It is still one of her favorites since the butterfly lights up.
Brooke loves the piano and will play and sing at the same time. Sometimes she holds the music with one hand while playing with the other.
Brett, Dennis and JT. The brothers back together.

ZOO

We went to the Zoo. I realize I did not put tons of pictures of the animals, but Brooke is so much cuter then them:) My Mom is always baffled that I don't take a stroller with me on outings but Brooke loves to walk and is just as easy to carry (especially when JT is doing it).
Brooke loved the Gorilla and pounded on her chest while making noises that the whole crowd giggled at.
Me, JT Brooke and Dakota at the bottom. We took him with us and he had just as much fun as Brooke.
Brooke and Daddy. Her favorite animals were the monkeys, the bongo (which she still refers to) and the bird show. I thought she might get scared at the bird show since last time I took her to Disneyland she cried when the parrot in down town disney was talking. She was quite the trooper however and loved all of the animals.

Corn Festival

I will do a couple of blogs to catch everyone up. We went to the corn festival and Brooke had a ball. My youngest brother Dakota talked me into going on a crazy rocket ride with him. JT was refusing to let me go because it is to dangerous (I went anyway) and Brooke screamed and cried as I got on. I started getting nervous (JT stays in my head) so I said a quick prayer as I got on the ride for my safety. The ride was horrible! I was on the inside so every time the rocket completed a rotation, Dakota (who was on the outside) would ram into me forcing me against the metal handle. I kept adjusting my hip to hit in different areas and screamed at Dakota the entire time to stop hitting me! I was nearly in tears as we got off the ride and missing half of my hair since the metal kept tearing it out. Next time, I will listen to JT. Half of my body was bruised for more then 2 weeks.
After my encounter with the rocket, Dakota who was not hurt at all, convinced JT to go on this spinning ride with him. JT sat on the outside:) Dakota did not want to go on any more rides after that! HAHA, Dakota is looking at this blog right now and saying that JT was so mean to him and got revenge for me.
